Clean Air Texas offers three levels of concierge service!
This level is where we visit the property a few times a week or in case your alarm goes off. We will manage anything that might come up as far as dealing with your security company or a police report if necessary. We will resecure your property, what every that may intel.
This level not only includes level 1 a peace of mind but also maintenance. We will maintain the property. This includes managing contractors if repairs are needed, making sure your lake house is functioning and ready for use for when you return. We will also maintain and winterize boats and jet skies. They will always be maintained, full of gas and ready to enjoy.
The Platinum Package includes level one, a peace of mind, level two, maintenance, as well as stocking your fridge and wet bar with your shopping list, and chocolates on your pillows.
Live music as well as catering for parties upon request!!
